1. Using PLC and touch screen control, filling volume can be directly set on touch screen, easy  operation and maintenance.
2. Stepping motor is used to control filling stroke, which is easy to adjust and can be adjusted in  2-6 grams.
3. The feeding barrel is heated and insulated by circulating water jacket, and the filling volume is  about 0.5L. The equipment is equipped with hot water circulating pump and hot water tank,  which is convenient for direct production and use.
4. The equipment filling control system adopts the inclined quick disassembly design, which can be quickly disassembled by speeding up the connection of the outlet and outlet, so as to facilitate the cleaning of the feeding materials; after the filling is finished, the pressure bar can be easily removed from the barrel.
5. During the pressing process, no material overflows from the loading port; the filling head is short and straight, and the pictures are only for reference.
6. The main material of the equipment is high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the stainless steel of material contact part is high-quality SUS316 material, beautiful and durable.
