Product introduction 
This series of fully automatic magnetic pump liquid explosion-proof filling machines is a new product developed by our company to meet market demand and introduce foreign advanced technology.
The machine adopts explosion-proof magnetic pump filling. According to the actual production volume of the manufacturer, different filling heads and pump body specifications can be selected, and it can be easily linked with the bottle machine and the capping machine.
It is widely used in liquid packaging in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetics and other industries.

Features:
1. This machine uses an explosion-proof magnetic pump to perform metering filling,clearn easily and filling accuraccy .
This machine is equipped with a 60-100L hopper with liquid level control as customer needs. 
2. The pump head is controlled by an explosion-proof motor, and the whole machine is customized according to explosion-proof requirements, with high safety.
3. The filling nozzle is no drawing or dripping during filling and is equipped with a leak tray, a drip-proof filling head and double protection,no bottles no filling.
4. It has an automatic counting function, no filling if there are not enough bottles,
5. The bottom of the conveyor belt contains a receiving tray to prevent the material from spilling on the ground in case of  the bottle falls, more safer.
6. PLC control system, the operation is simple and the adjustment is fast.
7. The electrical and pneumatic components of world-renowned brands are used, with low failure rate, reliable performance and long service life.
The whole machine shell and parts are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel and solvent-resistant pipes, which are beautiful and generous; safe to operate, stable and durable.
