1 Auto labeling machine:
The labeling machine . It adopts simple button type operation panel, which is simple and convenient for maintenance. The labeling equipment is for the round bottle labeling in the industry like food,oil,pharma,wine,cosmetics and so on.The machine with elegant design can be easily operated and maintained by the common worker, who requires no special training in operation this machine.Just give a simple adjustment to producing.
Mechanical design:
1. Super wear resistant label rolling mechanism, exclusive use of polyurethane material, durable and non wear.
2. Advanced plum wheel feeding mechanism, simple, stable and reliable, not fragile bottle.
3. The imported bearing is used to install the conveying roller to make the pasted object roll sensitively and ensure the quality of labeling.
4. The stable and durable base and various parts are designed with standardized modular design, which is fully interchangeable and can operate 24 hours to ensure safety and stability.
5. The chassis is made of stainless steel SUS304, which will never rust and meet the requirements of GMP pharmaceutical factory.
6. Dynamic synchronous tension control supply label, stable and fast supply, ensure the speed and precision of label delivery.
7. Wheel attached rolling bottle makes the label more firmly attached.
8. Label synchronous positioning mechanism, label positioning error is plus or minus 1mm.
