1. Equipment requirements:
Production capacity: 6000 bottles/hour ( calculated based on 500g filling volume ); 58-78 degrees hot filling; filling capacity: 150-1000ml, setting range: 150-1000ml (designed bottle width maximum diameter within 125mm) ; production line with (automatic heating) automatic cooling function;

2. Design process:
Manually place bottles on bottle feeder → Automatic bottle feeding → 12- head filling machine (heating and heat preservation ) → Natural cooling section 3 meters → Tunnel cooling section 9 meters (including 30P refrigeration unit) → Bottle discharge → Suction and hanging of caps and automatic capping (applicable to three specifications of caps)
