1. Process:

The caps are manually poured into the storage hopper of the waterfall cap unscrambler (the storage hopper of the waterfall cap unscrambler can hold 2,000 caps, and the manual replenishment takes about 30-40 minutes), and the bottles are poured into the bottle storage hopper (the bottle storage hopper can store 1,000 bottles, and the manual replenishment takes about 20 minutes). The bottles are automatically unscrambled from the bottle unscrambler, and the double bottles enter the turntable. After the bottles are detected, they are automatically double-headed filled, and then double-headed filled again at the next station. After filling, the caps are automatically unscrambled (the cap unscrambler is a waterfall cap unscrambler), the caps are automatically taken out, the caps are automatically servo-screwed, the transparent full label is automatically affixed, the box is automatically unpacked, the box is automatically packed, and the box is automatically sealed. The whole process is controlled by PLC, and the production is automatically completed.

 

2. Overview of the Whole Line:

This machine is a special equipment for 100ML bottles, mainly used for a specification of liquid paste cream bottle assembly line. 3. Material:
The whole machine is made of 304 material, and the part in contact with the material is made of SUS316 material.

 

4. Bottle Unscrambling Part:It adopts automatic bottle unscrambling machine, stainless steel material, the storage box can accommodate 1,000 bottles, and can be replenished once every 20 minutes.

 

5. Filling and Capping Part:

a. It adopts double-station turntable operation, and the filling head adopts four-head filling (every two heads are superimposed filling), with high production efficiency and small footprint.
b. It is equipped with a 25KG hopper, a servo motor controls four piston cylinders, and the piston cylinder metering range is 10-100ML.
c. Special filling head, anti-drip, anti-drawing.
d. The part in contact with the material is made of 316 material, with a high-level hopper, the material belt has a liquid level detection system, and cooperates with a replenishing pump to realize the automatic replenishment function of the hopper when it is short of material.
e. The capping machine adopts a lifting capping machine, the cap storage hopper can hold 2,000 caps, and can be replenished every 20 minutes. The capping and capping part adopts a cam to automatically grab the cap and automatically cap, servo capping, and the capping force is adjustable.
f. It has the functions of no filling without bottle, no cap without capping, and no cap detection.

 

6. Labeling Part:

The machine adopts PLC control, simple operation, easy cleaning, and fully automatic labeling.

 

7. Automatic Packaging Part:

Automatic box opening, automatic box packing, and fully automatic box sealing.
