Introduction:
1.This series of sterilization mahcine is suitable for pasteurization or sterilizing of various bottles, jars & sachets. This sterilizing machine is widely used for sauce pasteurizing, milk or jelly pasteurizing in foodstuff & pharmaceutical fields.
2. It adopts water-immersion way to reach pasteurizing, based on different production process, it can be designed with function of pre-heating, sterilizing, pre-drying, drying etc.
3. With PLC & touch screen to control, each process time can be easily controlled & adjusted, very convenient & reasonable.
4. Can be used separately, also can be linked to production line easily.
5. Made of top-quality stainless steel 304, delicate in design, practical & economical.
6. We do based on specific containers & capacity. Also we can do the relative filling line equipments.

Work principle:

  Capped cans or bottles enter the inside of pasteurizer along with conveyor, and then their temperature will finely alter accordingly in each temperature zone. When going through the tunnel, containers will be cooled by spraying water of different temperature, that's preheating phase, heating (sterilizing) phase, and cooling phase. Gradually heating before sterilizing & gradually cooling after sterilization are of great important, which can not only prevent the loss of material in containers from overheating, but also protect containers from sudden overheat or overcold. In pasteurization, we adopts spraying-nozzle system (equip with a large spraying-nozzle, spraying hot water to containers), after preset time for each temperature zone according to technical requirements, containers will be conveyed out by net-conveyor to production line
