                           GHFC-8-2 Automatic liquid filling-capping unit

Introduction:
GHG8/2 automatic plunger-style 8-nozzle liquid filling machine & 2-head capping machine is a new product of our company based on foreign advanced technology. This machine uses stainless steel plunger-style metering pump to fill, and congregates automatically cap-feeding-closing as a whole. It is economical, practical and area-savin, widely used for filling liquids in industries like pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetics, etc. It is in full compliance with the GMP requirements.
Features:
Adopting plunger-style metering pump to fill, suitable for filling various viscous liquids, with high filling precision. Quick-connect pump is easy to dismantle, clean and disinfect.
According to the different industries and liquids components, the piston ring material can be made of silicone, polyflon or other materials, in special conditions, of ceramic.
PLC control system, frequency conversion, high degree of automation.
Convenient to adjust filling dosage in short time: can adjust slightly for each pump, also adjust all pumps together.
Filling heads with the anti-drip device, it goes to the bottle bottom to fill when filling, and slowly rises up, ensuring no foam. 
Easy to adjust to suitable for bottles of different sizes in short time.
