Product description:
1. This type of machine is designed for small-dose bottles. It is suitable for automatic bottle feeding and filling of liquid materials and automatic capping.
2. High-precision peristaltic pump filling and submerged filling can prevent foam generation.  PLC setting controls the metering, and the filling quantity and the number of bottles filled can be set through the touch screen on the equipment. Large filling adjustment range, high precision and convenient operation. This system can automatically arrange bottles, fill bottles, press plugs and screw caps, which is a high-tech filling equipment integrating  with mechanism, electronics and aerodynamics. It has high degree of automation and it is easy to dissemble. Besides, it is also convenient to clean and replace the key parts, which saves time and energy.
3. The integrated design not only ensures the accuracy and rapidity of filling and capping, but it also covers a small area. The appearance is beautiful and elegant and fully meets the requirements of GMP. Widely used for filling (rolling) caps of small bottles in food, pharmacy, daily chemicals, etc, this system is customized according to the bottle type of customers.
Working process:
Bottles enter the bottle clamping groove in sequence through the conveying belt group,and double-head quantitative filling is carried out after the bottles are automatically sensed. It enters into the capping process, after which the bottles are sent to the bottle conveyer belt by bottle-dialing wheel. The entire process is controlled by PLC and the production cycle is completed automatically.
