Product Description
1. The auto powder filling with capping machine is a most welcomed powder filling machine in pharmaceutical & cosmetics fields, widely used for various bottle powder filling, like sterile powder filling, cosmetic mask powder filling, oral powder filling, condiments filling, ect.
2. This machine consists of turning table, conveying system, positioning system, powder filling system, cap-feeding-closing device, and bottle-out and track and electric control system. It uses graduator and servo motor to drive screws filling at the same time to finish the filling process.
3. Servo motor drive, high-precision screw filling, filling speed & precision is high.
4. PLC system to control, easy to adjust different dosages & speed, easy to operate & maintain.
5. Speed control is frequency conversion, with auto counting, highlu auomatation.
6. Optional acrylic glass protection hood and 100-class laminar flow
