2. The bottle body is cleaned and dried by manually loading the bottle onto the intermittent conveyor belt mold, and there are 4 molds in each row (molds are shown in the schematic diagram). The bottle is manually placed on the spray pipe and then reached the washing station. The washing station adopts the water washing mode and the air washing mode (ion air). Switching between water and air washing can be operated on the touch screen.
2.1, glass bottle cleaning mode: The touch screen switches to the purified water cleaning mode, the manual three-way valve switches the purified water import, and the water washing pipe is sprayed automatically. When the bottle reaches the spray section, the pneumatic lifting spray pipe will spray the entire station and inject water into the spray pipe, and the water will be sprayed inside the bottle by the spray pipe. At the same time, the external spray head is similar to the high pressure spray head of the shower to spray and clean the outside of the bottle. There are 4 stations in the cleaning section, that is, 4 stations in a row, in which spray cleaning is completed several times, and in the back to the blowing station, the blowing mechanism with a cylinder lift will push the bottle up when it reaches this station for docking and then continue to walk, the blowing station will be blown by two stations, so that the water will be drained faster. Then, in the drying section, 30KW hot air generator is used, and the hot air generated is partially circulated inside. Part of the hot air is injected into the bottle to heat up the whole temperature of the bottle while the moisture is discharged outside the bottle, so that the hot air drying section adopts four-stage blowing inside drying and 3-meter outside drying for internal and external drying. At the same time with ozone ultraviolet irradiation sterilization; After running in this station for about 1 meter, go to the natural cooling station to cool the bottle and take out the bottle manually.
