This semi-automatic bottle feeder is used for auto bottle unscrambling,positioning & conveying of various plastic bottle , glass bottle (round bottle).It has advantages of high speed bottle unscrambling ,less replacement parts when changing varieties,fast & convenient,widely used for various industries such as pharmaceutics,daily chemicals,food and drinking.It also can be linked to different automatic packaging production line.
Working principle:
With labour to hold up the plastic or glass bottles , this machine will unscramble bottles in order vertically to the conveying belt,in compliance with the high automation. It also can save labour consumption and other losses.
