1  Automatic 8 nozzles PISTON filling machine:
Introduction:
Adopting SUS measuring piston to do dosing, it's suitable for filling all kinds of liquids, liquids WITHOUT viscosity, widely applied in industries like food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, pesticides, etc.

Features:

1. Adopting highly-grinded injection piston measuring pumps driven by cylinders to do dosing, much more stable & with high filling precision, it's very easy to operate & maintain.
2. With imported PLC program & touch screen man-machine interface system, it can auto save production formula, and filling dosage can be adjusted directly via touch screen; very convenient and easy to operate.
3. With anti-dripped filling nozzles, nozzles driven by piston, with inserting filling type or diving-type filling for option based on different products.
4. With auto one-button washing function for easier washing and maintenance operation.
5. No filling without bottles; frequency conversion, auto counting, with high degree of automation.
6. With bottle-in-out linearly and humanized design, it is suitable for various bottles of different specifications and shapes, and can be adjusted well in several minutes without tools and change parts.

Specific making requirements:

1. min filling value: 200ml    max 1000ml
2. Piston lifting movable plate SUS304 instead of alu. There is no alu parts under the filling nozzles too, in case of possible erosion from material filling.
3. Electrical & pneumatic parts are all installed outside, within closed box, can't be in the machine bottom.
4. All polishing should be done well, GMP standards
5. Machine handles and hinges are SUS304, instead of plastic.
6. Electrical drawing are installed on the backside of the electrical cabinet cover.
7. Electrical cabinet is with key locked.
