Performance characteristics:
1. The use of world-renowned Delta, Velenton, Schneider brand electrical appliances and Taiwan Yadeke pneumatic components, low failure rate, stable and reliable performance, long service life;
2. Simple adjustment of filling volume and filling speed, with no bottle and no filling function; The hopper is equipped with automatic liquid level control system, which is convenient for filling and ensures the stability and continuity of filling.
3 The machine adopts piston volume measurement, high filling accuracy, when the container reaches the predetermined filling position, the piston will be driven by the servo motor to produce accurate pressure injection into the container;
4. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti-drip device and leakage connecting system to ensure no drip or wire drawing and no pollution to the bottle.
Humanized design, no need to replace parts, no adjustment tools, you can quickly adjust the equipment for different shapes and specifications of the bottle, strong applicability;
5.PLC and touch screen control operation, frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic counting, simple operation, convenient connection production, high degree of automation.
The machine is equipped with formula memory function, different formulas can be picked up with one key, the machine is equipped with 7 kinds of formula function, easy to use.
6. Delta servo motor, filling accuracy is higher than ordinary cylinder control. Filling can use multi-stage speed control, such as low speed when just filling. Use high speed when the material is over the filling head. Using low speed filling at the end of the filling can not only improve the filling speed but also control the material spatter after the foam and material filling too fast.
7. The filling head has two filling modes, which can be submerged and filled according to the filling speed, or inserted into the mouth of the bottle.
Compared with the pneumatic piston filling machine, the servo motor drive has the advantages of low energy consumption, low noise, high precision and convenient adjustment.
8 The whole machine mainly uses SUS304, beautiful and durable; Piston adopts quick disassembly design, easy to disassemble, easy to clean, in line with food hygiene requirements.
