This machine is a special equipment in the 1-100ML bottle filling production line. It adopts a rotary tracking filling method, continuous plugging and capping, and has stable filling and high production capacity. Working principle: The bottle is positioned by the cam during the track operation, and the peristaltic pump or magnetic pump accurately fills. After the filling is completed, the next filling is carried out in sequence. After the filling is completed, the bottle enters the plugging station through the indexing plate. After the plugging is completed, the cap is automatically hung, and the bottle is taken out after the automatic capping is completed.

4. The filling of this machine adopts peristaltic pump metering, high filling accuracy, and simple and convenient cleaning;
5. PLC and touch screen control operation, frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic counting, simple operation, convenient online production, and high degree of automation.
6. This machine adopts rotary capping, high-speed six-wheel linear capping, and the last two wheels of the six wheels are servo capping. The servo capping force can be adjusted on the touch screen, and the capping qualification rate is high and easy to adjust.
7. The whole machine is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the stainless steel part in contact with the material is SUS316L or silicone tube. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to clean.
8. The transparent protective cover cannot be made of acrylic board, but PC board. It is recommended to use 8-12mm, and the PC board is chamfered.
9. The equipment prevents the bottle from getting stuck in the machine, and the bottle is rejected between the bottle sorting section and the turntable section.
10. Avoid contact between the equipment and the food contact surface and the top of the equipment with foreign matter and oil.
