3.PLC setting controls the metering, and the filling quantity and the number of bottles filled can be set through the touch screen on the equipment. Large filling adjustment range, high precision and convenient operation. This system can automatically arrange bottles, fill bottles, press plugs and screw caps, which is a high-tech filling equipment integrating  with mechanism, electronics and aerodynamics. It has high degree of automation and it is easy to dissemble. Besides, it is also convenient to clean and replace the key parts, which saves time and energy.

Working process:
Firstly, the bottles are manually placed on the bottle feeder; Secondly, the bottles enter the turntable card slot through the bottle feeder in sequence; Thirdly, automatic double-head filling, tamping and capping. The entire process is controlled by PLC and the production cycle is completed automatically.
