Production process:
Manually put the bottle on the conveyor belt, through the conveyor belt, into the conveying track, the bottle through the track into the indexing plate, the bottle is detected after filling 10 servo-piston pump, after filling through the indexing plate into the lower cap capping station (the capping machine is a vibration plate), 10 line cutting capping head for pressing and spinning, controlled by the servo motor, capping torque can be adjusted; Automatic output after capping is completed.

Structure of host part: The machine adopts CAM structure multi-disk linkage mode for servo metering filling, servo torque screw cap as one, PLC control, efficient production.

Filling method: continuous tracking filling is adopted.
