This unit consists of GHLP auto bottle-unscrambling machine, GHOX air-washer, GHFC liquid filler, capping machine & GHLT vertical labeling machine (can be also equipped with alum foil sealer if needed). It can automatically finish flat or round bottles unscrambling & feeding, pure air washing & sucking, filling, capping, labeling & date jetting. With its advanced, compact design, highly automation, reliable, stable performance, and high efficiency, it's especially good for syrup and other liquids production line.

 

This set of equipment includes bottle turntable, automatic powder feeding machine, automatic powder filling machine, automatic capping machine, and can be matched with automatic labeling machine to form an assembly line. It is mainly used for filling powder, such as coffee powder, wheat flour, condiments, solid drinks, dextran, powdered additives, agricultural pesticides, dyes, etc.
