The syringe barrels are meticulously managed by a vibrating disc system boasting a high qualification rate. The soundproof cover minimizes operational noise, enhancing the work environment.
Using a synchronous belt linear intermittent conveying mechanism, the machine processes four syringes simultaneously. At the filling station, a head seal ensures precise filling, followed by an efficient capping process.
