Production process:
The lid of the pipe is manually poured into the bottle storage bucket, and the elevator automatically fills the bottle management vibration plate, and the bottle manager plucks out the bottle in the same direction. The bottle enters the index plate through the direct vibration track, and the 10 piston ceramic pumps behind the bottle are detected to follow the filling. After filling, the bottle enters the lower cap capping station through the index plate (the cap management machine is the vibration plate), and the 10 wire cutting screw caps are pressed and rotated. Controlled by servo motor, screw cap torque is adjustable; After the screw cap is completed, the finished product can be output, and it can be connected to the labeling machine
