Product Description

Introduction:
Drawing the advanced tech & combining our constant improvement, we develop this roller-type bottle-washer. Widely used for the inside and outside washing of round & shouldering alien bottles, it does water flushing in turn with pure water, injection water and purified air, thus cleaning bottles, also it can dry bottles and is equipped with ultrasonic device according to production. Delicate in design, compact in structure, stable performance, and convenient operation.
 

Working principle:
Bottles gets into ultrasonic cleaning trough by bottle-entering inclined hopper, after ultrasonic cleaning, bottle screw carries them to dial wheel and then into big rotor drum, held by manipulator, flipped 180 ° with bottles down, turning clock-wisely with big wheel. under big wheel, the 6 sets of (water/air) jet nozzle with spray needles will insert spray needles into bottles, and then work according to set program: Second recirculated water, one compressed air, one fresh water, & second purified compressed air spray washing. At the same time, water also spray bottle outer, thus finishing the whole washing part. Then manipulators turn bottles with neck up, and get into next part by dial wheel.
