Product Description

Scope of application:
This machine is suitable for liquid filling and sealing in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other industries, such as cosmetics industry: perfume, celine bottle, oil bottle, oral liquid bottle, eye drop bottle, etc.

Work flow: The whole bottle is put into the hopper manually, and automatically lowered into the conveyor belt grinding tool through the hopper mouth. When the bottle is detected by the photoelectric, the robot takes the bottle into the bottle mold, and automatically fills the bottle by detecting the bottle through the rotary plate. After filling, the bottle enters the station of the upper nozzle cover (upper ball), and the nozzle cover (ball) is automatically sorted out through the vibration plate. When the bottle is detected to automatically hang the cap and gland (ball pressing), when it is detected that there is no nozzle cap or ball pressing, the alarm will be automatically reminded, and the ball or pump cap will be manually added, and then the press will be reset before entering the next station. After the ball pressing bottle (10ml) is finished, the outer cap will be automatically adjusted and the finished product will be exported and connected with the rear conveyor belt of the customer site.

Structure and features:
1. This equipment is specially designed for filling, plugging, capping and capping of small doses of liquid in cosmetics, medicine, food and chemical industries, suitable for 1-100ml(inner plug and outer cover are consistent); When changing the bottle shape, you only need to adjust the filling level and the bottle mold, and adjust the filling amount on the touch screen.
