3. Auto bottle-pushing & bottle-grouping system
Introduction:
After bottle turntable, bottles come to bottle-dividing system via conveying belt, after positioning & counting, the bottle-pushing system will auto push the preset bottles  to filling conveying area(PVC/PP belt) & separate bottles via bottle-grouping lanes;  then the filler starts auto filling into moving bottles.
After cooling, the manipulating bottle-pushing system will push 4 cooled bottles to the conveying area & going to next process. When cooled bottles out, same principle.
As for the 2.5m empty bottle-feeding conveying belt, we use POM belt like photos;
The frame are mainly made by stainless steel SUS304, delicate & durable.

5.Auto buffer cooling machine 4m with bottle exiting system
Introduction:
1. This cooler is especially customized for the cooling of cosmetics and medicines which needs cooling packaging after hot-filling, especially for simonize, vaseline, balm and so on.
2. To ensure the smooth & beautiful condensing effect, we especially designed the filling & cooling on the same conveying system with bottles smooth moving ahead.
3. When bottles come out of cooling tunnel, the manipulator system will stably take bottles to the horizontal conveying belt for next process of packaging, with high working efficiency.
Characteristics:
1.Adopting PVC/PP convoying belt and stainless steel 304 in appearance, totally in accordance with cosmetics sanitation, easy to clean & maintain, also durable and delicate.
2.Convoying motor adopts the variable frequency control.
3.It uses special cooling tunnel to lower the temperature to abt 25 centi-degree. It means, after hot-filling, the filled bottles will get into a cooling tunnel with conveyor where refrigerating unit cools down & solidates the liquid via high strength cooling unit.
4.The cooling time can be set based on actual material cooling technology. When the bottles go out of the tunnel & will be cooled to normal temperature & consolidated.
