This semi-auto liquid filling machine, with heating & mixing function, is applicable to fill products of different viscosity from liquid to paste, particularly the materials with high viscosity. It can be used in various industries, such as foodstuff, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and pesticides, etc.
Features:
1. By compressed air to control filling, and the hopper has heating and mixing function, thus can fill articles which should be hot filled. If no need to heat & mix material, just turn off heating & mixing function by buttons, so the machine will no need power supply, especially good for anti-explosion condition, with great safety.
2. The filling volume and filling speed are easily adjustable. There is no need to replace any parts for filling bottles of different specifications.
3. There is anti-drip device on the filling head, thus ensuring no drawing or leakage.
4. The inlet tube is equipped with pneumatic ball valve, when filling, it will close, to prevent material back flowing when filling, thus ensuring high filling precision.
