Auto crimping capping machine for bottles with aluminum caps
Introduction:
This auto crimping machine is suitable for crimping or sealing various aluminum caps or aluminum-plastics caps of glass & plastic bottles, widely used in pharmaceutical, alcohol, cosmetics & biotech fields.
It consists of turntable, conveyor, guaduator, (rubber stopper-feeding-pressing), aluminum cap oscillator and electric control system etc.
Bottle is feeding by turntable and conveyor, bottle positioning by guaduator. The capping head move up and down and rotate at the same time to seal the aluminum cap with the help of the graduator.
