Customized bottle liquid filling capping line

Introduction:
This auto bottling line is customized based on client's product & capacity, which can auto finish the lifting-unscrambling of supplied bottles & caps, bottle filling, cap filling, capping, online weight checking, bottom ink printing & bottle sleeving shrinking etc. The whole movement is controlled via PLC, very stable & smooth.

Main features:

1. Adopting servo piston filling, with high filling precision; pumps adopting quick-release structure, easy to dismantle & maintain.
2. Filling volume can be adjuted directly via touch screen, with large adjusting scope, convenient to operate.
3. Integrating electricity, mechanism & pneumatics, it can finish auto lifting-unscrambling-filling of supplied bottles & caps, and then the servo capping. The humanized design makes it very stable & reliable to ensure high-efficient production.
4. Equipped with 100-class laminar flow hood, the monoblock design ensures the accurate filling capping production, also with less space-taking, it's very delicate & easy to maintain, totally meeting GMP standards.
5. Adopting high-precision online weight checker, the weighing error can upto 0.01g.
6. Designed with simultaneous belts to do online bottom ink printing, reliable & economical.
7. Mainly made from top-quality stainless steel & alumi alloy, all steel parts contacting liquid are SUS316; designed & made strictly based on CE & GMP standards, safe & stable, delicate & durable.
