This machine is a fully automatic hot filling machine at 40 to 65 degree for making products such as  balm/ Vaseline Petroleum Jelly/ deodorant / car and room gel air freshener/ hair wax/ boot polish wax and ect

1.It adopts servo piston for filling with high precison , each servo motor control each piston. If any of one has problem, others still can work well.

2.It controls by PLC+touch screen, easy to  adjust the filling volume , filling speed, filling temprature and ect. 

3.No bottle , no filling , No dripping, no drawing.

4.The capacity can be made from 2000BPH to 8000BPH , it can be added the mixing tank as your request.
