Product Description

Introduction :

1. This equipment is designed as the universal-type intermittent-type capping machine in basis of rich experience on capping machine designing from home and abroad,aiming at the certain bottles supplied by buyer.It is suitable for capping the plastic screwing lids supplied by demander.
2. It adopts intermittent turning disk to position bottles,vibrating disk to unscramble the lids ,cylinder controller to push the lids,mechanical chuck to cap the lids.It is suitable for automatic covers unscrambling & capping of  one plastic screw-cap with stable performance.It is adjustable for capping with high qualified rate.
3. It is controlled by PLC system & touch screen operation,frequency speed regulation .It also can be linked to other production lines with high automation.
4. The surface of main engine is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel & aluminium alloy ,delicate & durable.
5. The covering machine is lids vibrating & unscrambling.The inner plate of vibration cover geometer can deal with noise reduction & adhesive plating.
6. The capping head uses magnetic screwing capping.The speed of capping wheel is adjustable, with the time adjustable too. The capping head is designed with magnetic torque adjustment and protection function.
7. Running direction:from right to left

   Height of conveying belt is 800±50mm.(The chain board is about 80~100mm.)
