2. It is easy to adjust the filling volume and speed ,no bottle no filling. The hopper is equipped with liquid position controlling system ,convenient materials feeding ,persistent & stable filling performance.
3. This machine adopts piston volume with high filling precision.The piston will push the accurate pressure into the container by main cylinder pushing when the container arrives at the expected position.
4. The filling nozzle is designed with anti-drip device and foam leakage system,ensuring no foaming,no dropping ,no bottle pollution.
5. With humanized design ,it needs no changing components,no adjusting tool.That is able to adjust machine quickly adaptable for bottles in different sizes .
6. Controlled by PLC touch screen ,it can realize frequency speed regulating ,automatic
counting & convenient operation ,easy to be linked to the production line with high automation.
7. It is designed with formula-saving function . It has four formula function.Different formulation can be accessed by one key conveniently.
8. Adopting Taiwan Delta servo motor ,the filling precision is higher instead of common cylinder controller.It can be controlled by several speeds to realize filling .When starting filling ,it adopts low speed ;after materials outgrows the nozzles ,it changes as high speed.;before finish filling ,it also changes as low speed .It not only can increase the filling speed ,but also can reduce foaming and materials splashing.
9. There are two filling modes.It can go into the bottle bottom to fill when filling ,filling & lifting. It also can insert into inner bottle to achieve filling.
10. Rather than pneumatic piston filling machine ,servo motor has advantages of less consumption,low noise,high precision & convenient adjustment.
11. The whole machine is mainly made of SUS304,and materials contacting steel will be SUS316L stainless steel ,delicate & durable.The piston is designed as dismantling-quick-type ,easy to clean ,matching the food hygiene request.
