1  Automatic filling capping machine

working process :
Vibration bottle bowl → bottle into the turntable → filling → vibration disc cover → automatic release cover → auto capping → finish .  (PLC controls the whole process)

This machine is specially designed for small dosage, small bottle mouth, suitable for automatic bottling of low viscosity liquid material, automatic lower cover rotary cap, cylinder pushing out the bottle, this machine is a high-tech filling equipment which integrates machine and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other small bottle filling rotary cover.  This system is specially customized according to customer bottle type.
Adopt peristaltic pump filling, PLC setting control, through the touch screen on the equipment can complete the filling quantity, filling bottle number setting. Large range of filling adjustment, high precision, convenient operation.
