It can automatically sort bottles, automatically feed bottles, automatically fill, automatically lower the cap and screw on the bottle, and automatically discharge bottles.

Production process:Automatic bottles unscramblering → discharging bottles → filling liquid →filling beads→ capping → discharging bottles.

The whole process is controlled by PLC

Using high-precision peristaltic pump filling,

PLC setting control, the filling volume and the number of filled bottles can be set through the touch screen on the equipment.

The filling adjustment range is large, the precision is high, and the operation is convenient.
