Product Description

Hydraulic type vacuum homogenizer(500L):

Designation mechanism:
With the high speed homogenizaton function, raw material will be suck into narrow gap, making  the strongly recycle flow which generate powerful cutting, scraping and scattering.

Using high speed homogenizing head with slow speed mixer design, not only can high efficient mixing, well homogenizing.  The mixing device with scrapers function which automatic changing the angle.  Preventing raw material stick to the pot wall, and over cooling and over heated.  Reduce the processing time.

Feature:

1. Top anchor with scraper, button in-exside recycle homogenizing.
2. Multi top anchor with scraper for better mixing and homogenizing.
3. Not easy foaming deal to homogenizing flow from up to down.
