This model is suitable for 1-100ml small bottle liquid filling and sealing, such as cosmetics industry: vials, essential oil bottles, oral liquid bottles, etc.
Structure and characteristics:
- This equipment is specifically designed for the filling and sealing of small-dose liquids in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. It is suitable for 1-10ml (the outer cover is the same). When changing the bottle shape, as long as the inner plug and the outer cover are consistent, Need not to adjust any mechanical parts of the equipment, just need to adjust the filling volume on the touch screen.
2. The filling station adopts high-precision peristaltic pump (piston pump) for measurement, which has the advantages of convenient cleaning and disinfection, and the advantages of quick conversion when filling different liquid materials.
3. The stopper and the outer cover are discharged by a vibrating plate; the automatically-made stopper and the cover are put into the bottle mouth by a mechanical hand.
4.Sealing station can be customized with screw cap or aluminum cap according to customer's product.
5.Circular conveyor, PVC belt running smoothly and safely
6. Save labor, the machine only needs one person (put the bottle in one hand and take the finished product in one hand) to complete the production.
7. The robot can be added to the front and back of the machine. The robotic bottle picking device can complete the bottle feeding and labeling or packaging docking.
8. This machine has the functions of no bottle when no filling, no pressing, no cap, no cap rolling when no plug.
