Description
Scope of application:
1. This machine is suitable for a 5L drum provided by the demander, with intermittent operation of rotating disk, which integrates automatic bottle feeding, double-head filling (dual mode, independent single-head filling, double-head superposition filling), automatic capping and capping, and automatic bottle discharging.
2. The incoming part is the pump type incoming material, directly docking the user's storage tank, the pumping pump is PTFE with thin material, the flow rate is 4-6 kg, the outlet pressure is 0.6-0.8MPa, the interface is θ25mm, the pump body and the filling machine part of the pipeline is lined with PTFE hose, the valve is lined with PTFE material.
3. The filling machine is weighing type filling, and the weighing sensor is made of famous brand METTler Toledo, which has high filling precision, durability and stability. 4. The filling head has two modes, which can be inserted into the bottle mouth to fill, and can follow the liquid level to fill and rise to prevent bubbling and overflow of materials
5. The part in contact with the material cannot have any metal surface in contact with the material, such as PP, PTFE and PP lined stainless steel.
6. The device has a one-click cleaning function, and a cleaning interface is reserved for the demander.
7. The filling head adopts special anti-drip filling, with a leak slot, double protection to prevent material from leaking and polluting the bottle body.
8. The capping part is a lifting capping, which is stable and efficient. The capping part is a single-head servo capping, and the torque can be adjusted on the PLC.
9. This machine has no bottle without filling, no cap without cover, no cap without screw, automatic counting function.
10. The machine cover is PC transparent cover, durable and beautiful.
