Description:This machine is a single head automatic sealing device with two pairs (four) of seam sealing wheels. It is specially designed for tin cans of various sizes and sizes, such as tinplate iron and aluminum alloy round cans, so as to achieve multiple purposes in one machine. It is especially designed for filling and sealing food such as milk powder. Circular cans of various specifications can be sealed by replacing correspondent can-shaped fittings such as pressure molds. In a word, it has features of wide application range, convenient adjustment and operation, and reliable use.
 
Machine performance:The machine has the following safety settings to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
1,Joint control device of can and cap: when the can body enters, the cap will be allocated accordingly, auto stop and alarm when no bottle or bottle stuck
2,Safety clutch:When the transmission fails and is overloaded, the transmission can be interrupted and the can feeding can be stopped.
3,"Capless wrapping":When the can body that is not assigned to the can lid enters, it can pass through the sealing mechanism smoothly, so that the can body does not bite the indenter die and damage the sealing mechanism components.
