Characteristic:
1)The whole line is made of top-quality stainless steel, dull polished, good in appearance, easy to clean, accordance with GMP regulations and can be suitable for several bottle specs.
2)Main process:
Water filling--ultrasonic wave coarsely washing--circulation water--compressed air washing--wfi--compressed air washing--tunnel oven preheating--high temperature drying--cooling--bottle feeding--filling--stoppering--capping--to the next process
3) Filling dosage very precision; No dripping, no forming, and no spitting.
4) With advantages of stable running, low noise, precise filling, low energy consumption, low bottle breakage ratio, high qualified product ratio.
5) Can be seperately controlled or together controlled.
6) Can be designed to meet different capacity ranging from 3000-10000BPH.
