Function:

2. Electric and pneumatic combined driving ensures stable performance, it can fully auto finish cup-supplying, filling, manipulator system for cover-pick-palce-pressing, & auto cup discharging, thus with great automation & efficiency.
3. Adopting flowmeter/auger filling, it's with high filling precision, easy to clean & maintain, stable & durable.
4. Designed with heat-presevering hoper system to meet chocolate paste smooth filling. With screwr pumpmaterial infeed system, it can do auto material supply from mixer/storage tank to the filling hopper, thus ensuring nice stable running
5. With vacuum manipulators to pick & place covers for cap pressing, simple & stable; different system set for different sizes for easier operation & machine durability
6. Considering the different container sizes, we design the different cap-infeed system for each kind of container, easier for production changeover & maintenance.
7. Main parts all adopts the world-famous brands, like Airtac, Delta ect . It has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and reliable performance as well as the surprising longevity.
