                                     GHAL-BS130 flat bottle 2-side labeller

 

Introduction

This series of products are suitable for the side labelling of flat, square bottles or similar objects in pharmaceutical, pesticide, food & chemical industres. It can automatically finish bottle-grouping, sending mark tape, seperating labels synchronously, labeling and automatically printing batch number etc. With mechatronics technology, it adopts big torque motor or servo motor to drive,  and imported photoelectric control & PLC program control system, thus guaranteeing accurate labelling, stable, reliable and high efficiency.

1. With micro-computer servo labelling system, fast & stable, suitabel for longtime work
2. with system check function: labels lacking or brocken, leaving out, e-stop, abnormal frequency-conversion, typewriter ribbon lacking, it can detect all &  then stops auto.
3. The I/O self-check function, can display all system photoelectric signals & motor, shorten repair time, reduce maintenance cost.
4. With stepless speed control, labeling speed automatically changes according to conveying speed, no need to move labeling sensor.
