Automatic Agar Petri Dish Filling Machine is a fully integrated production line designed for microbiology laboratories, IVD reagent manufacturers, and consumable factories.
The machine completes dish separation, visual inspection, high-precision agar filling, automatic dish shaking, rapid cooling,capping, bottom coding, 10-dish stacking and shrink labeling in one continuous process.
With an innovative bottom cooling plate shaking system, it reduces the agar solidification time by up to 5 minutes, significantly increasing throughput and production stability.

Overview:
This fully automatic liquid filling production line is customized according to customer requirements.
It integrates automatic bottle sorting, liquid filling, cap sorting (for both pump/trigger /screw / spray caps), automatic cap placing and capping, shrink sleeve labeling with heat tunnel, and final product output. The line can also be connected with pneumatic carton forming, packing, and sealing machines to achieve a complete automated packaging process.
It is designed for high efficiency, stability, and flexibility, and can also be adapted for other liquid products in the daily
chemical industry.
