2. GHALF-10-10 fully automatic filling and capping machine


Production process: bottles are manually placed on the conveyor belt, and then enter the conveyor track. The bottles enter the indexing plate through the track. After the bottles are detected, 10 servo piston pumps fill them. After filling, they enter the lower capping station (the capping machine is a vibration plate) through the indexing plate. 10 wire-cut capping heads perform pressing and spinning, which is controlled by a servo motor and has adjustable capping torque. After capping is completed, the bottles are automatically output.
Detailed introduction of each workstation:
Main machine structure: This machine adopts cam structure multi-disc linkage for servo metering filling and servo torque capping. The whole machine is PLC controlled for efficient production.
Machine material: The stainless steel part of the exterior is SUS304.
Applicable materials: juice containing pulp.
Filling method: continuous tracking filling is adopted. Working principle: the bottle rotates the turntable to position during the track operation, and the filling pump accurately fills during the rotation of the turntable. After filling, it automatically returns to follow the empty bottle and fills the next bottle in turn. The bottle after filling enters the next station. The metering method adopts a high-precision servo piston pump, which has high metering accuracy and is easy to clean. The hopper is equipped with stirring.
Capping part : the caps are arranged in sequence from the vibration plate, and the caps are automatically taken and placed. After the caps are placed, they enter the capping station through the indexing plate. The capping head is a special wire cutting sleeve, and the capping head is controlled by a servo motor. The torque can be adjusted on the touch screen. It is convenient and simple, and the qualified rate is high . There is a no-cap detection alarm at the bottle outlet.
Control part: 1. This machine has the function of not filling without bottle and not screwing cap without cap. 2. This machine has the function of no cap detection. If there is bottle without cap, it will stop automatically.
