The machine is adopted programmable control system, touch panel operation, stepless transduction speed shift, and electronic automatic counter. It can automatically complete the action of position, separation, filling, locking, etc. The dosage is accurate, and the operation is very convenient. The overall machine is made of good quality stainless steel, and the machine is suitable for capsules which filled with powder and pellet.
Main Features
1. Adopted frequency control system for changing the filling speed, which for adjusting the powder filling dosage accuracy.
2. New type capsule loading system, which increased the capsule loading accurate and decreased the mold changing time. Mold changing time less than 5 minutes.
3. The new type machine mold is made by good quality stainless steel which meet GMP standard.
4. Controlled by PLC.

The machine is made of 3 parts as below:
Capsule loading station:
This station adopts new style loading structure, the capsule loading rate is more stable than old type.And it is suitable for filling different sizes of capsule loading accuracy is more than 99.99%. Machine has output counting function, the production output can be displayed on the screen.
Powder Filling Station:
The screw rod in the hopper push the powder into the capsule body when body disc rotates automatically. The speed is controlled by two frequency converter, The customer can easily adjust the filling dosage by changing rotating speed on touch scree.
And the hopper can be water level moved out of the machine for easy cleaning.
Capsule Locking Station:
We have two type of capsule lock, one is the vertical type, another is the horizontal type.The capsule locking rate can reach 100%.
