Description
This cartoning machine is a model that our company has innovated and designed on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology, and strictly manufactures according to the "GMP" requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. High-efficiency, high-performance production capacity, leaflet folding and conveying, carton erecting, and rear pushing mechanism technology meet European and American standards; compact design and rear continuous pushing structure make operation and maintenance easier The quartering double planetary gear rotates outwardly to open the box and has two preforming devices to ensure complete expansion of the carton.

This machine is a fully automatic continuous high-speed cartoning machine, which integrates mechanic, photoelectric and pneumatic. It is suitable for automatic production of aluminum-plastic blister board, bottle, hose, soft double aluminum and bag-like items. It can be connected to a packaging production line.

Open box mechanism: This mechanism adopts quartering double planetary gear rotating outwardly to open the boxes. The advantage of this way comparing to the inward movement with similar models from other companies is that it will not collide with each other when the paper tray size is wide. This mechanism also has two carton preforming devices to ensure that the carton is fully erected.

Characteristics
1. No product no leaflet sucking, no leaflet no paper carton sucking;
2. When no product or product supply is not in place, the machine will not push the product. When the product resumes supply, it will automatically run, and it will stop automatically when the product is not in the right position in the carton;
3. It will stop automatically when no carton, and it will automatically shut down when there is no leaflet continuously;
4. When the compressed air and vacuum negative pressure are too low, it will stop and alarm;
5. There is more space on the front of the machine because of the design of the rear pushing mechanism, making the operator more convenient and more user-friendly to operate and maintain the machine;

7. The protection device can ensure the safety of the machine and operation when the main drive is overloaded;

Servo feeding system: The feeding device adopts the oscillating tracking method, comparing with the similar fixed feeding device on the market from other companies, the speed is faster and the feeding is more accurate; it can feed one piece of material or several pieces at one time into the material conveying chain belt.
