2  Servo motor piston follow up filling machine:
Using servo motor control, fast filling speed and accurate filling.  Automatic touch screen control. Easy operation and quick adjustment.  Changing bottles is quick and easy, without any tools. And it can save bottle data.  The next filling can be done with one button.  It can fill bottles of different shapes and specifications, which solves the problem of difficult filling of special-shaped bottles.  The machine is equipped with a piston and a three-way valve, and the washing machine can be cleaned much quickly and easily without dis-assembly.  Quick adjustment of bottle rails and finished by one button. This equipment is fully automatic and intelligent.  It only needs to save the basic parameter setting number of the product.  When the next time you need to produce this product, you only need to call up the saved number.  The size of the bottle does not need to be adjusted manually, it is automatically adjusted.  The device will automatically detect the bottle's running speed, and automatically synchronize the bottle mouth position to fill the bottle. For example,  products can be completed in a few seconds changing from 100ML to 500ML, which is especially suitable for the production of many varieties and small quantities of products. The hopper increases the overflow port.
