Production process: The conveyor belt of each packaging machine automatically puts four different material bags A.B.C.D into the corresponding material trough of A.B.C.D according to the requirements of front and back, after weighing and testing, and then takes them out into the tug bucket through the vacuum mechanical device. The tug bucket goes one compartment and stops one compartment. The tug bucket goes to A, and the vacuum mechanical gripper takes A into the tug bucket and goes to B. Vacuum mechanical gripper takes B and puts it into the bucket that already has A, so that B is on top of A, and so on, the bucket continues to move forward, and goes to the box. After the box is automatically opened, one side of the box is sealed and the other side is opened, and then stops at the place where the material is put into the box. The folded A.B.C.D bag is pushed into the box through the pushing device. The tug continues to move through the loop, the box continues to move forward, putting this opening through the folding and tongue insertion device, sealing the finished product on this side as well.
After the finished product box comes out, the finished product is removed after the production date inkjet code and the whole box inspection and re-tape.
