Product introduction
1. PLC control, complete the processes of automatic material sorting, automatic assembly, reserved detection, automatic counting, etc.
2. Manually pour the disordered materials A, B, and C plastic parts into the vibration plate respectively, and sort and unload the materials through the vibration plate.
3. When the photoelectric detects the material, the robot automatically picks up the material and discharges it, and then the three-piece set of A, B, and C plastic parts or the two-piece set of B and C plastic parts are pressed and assembled. One button can be switched freely. Some manual work is required to take out the star plate material, and the switching time is about 10 minutes; after the assembly is completed, take it again, and the reserved vision detects the height error directly above the inspection station. The coverless photoelectric detection automatically stops the alarm prompt, and the finished product is tightened or supplemented by manual intervention (this situation only happens occasionally, and manual intervention is to ensure the accuracy of counting), and then enter the next process.
4. After the finished product is completed, the finished product is extracted to the conveyor belt and counted 25 or 50 times in sequence. For example, if 25 are counted, it is extracted 25 times, then each conveyor belt grid is 25, and then the conveyor belt sends the counted products for manual packaging.
5. Under the condition that the material quality is guaranteed or there are no defective materials, the failure rate of equipment assembly shall not exceed once in 24 hours.
