Production process:
Manually pour the pipe into the elevator, the elevator automatically fills the bottle management vibration plate, the bottle is sorted out through the vibration plate, into the conveying track, the bottle enters the indexing plate through the track, after the bottle is detected, the 12 peristaltic pump follows the filling, after the filling is completed, it enters the lower cap capping station through the indexing plate (the cap management machine is the vibration plate), and the 12 wire cutting screw caps are pressed and rotated, controlled by the servo motor. Capping torque is adjustable; After the screw cap is completed, the height of the distorted cap is detected, and the shutdown or removal of the distorted cap is detected
