Introduction of easy-to-open canning liquid filling production line:
1.Atmospherical pressure filling machine
1.1Description:
This machine is widely used to fill white spirit,yellow spirit, juice, fruit syrup and other airless drinks, and to fill vinegar ,milk, pesticides etc. It uses totally enclosed type filling of drinks or venom to clear the pollution & harmful things ,meeting the GMP requirement.
This filling machine is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel in advantages of delicate compact structure,convenient operation & high automation.

It consists of working table ,transmission parts (including frequency-speed motor,speed reducing box , liquor cylinder ), liquor wheel (auto liquor feeder), bottle pushing wheel, conveying system etc.

(1) This machine is equipped with automatic filling system with liquid positioning accurate controlling in bottles.

1.4 Machine principle:
Liquid position of liquor cylinder is automatically controlled by float to ensure the certain liquid position.It is normal pressure after liquor value injection rod entering inner bottle & sealing by gland.The liquor will be poured into the bottles by capping.Then it will stop working when the liquor position outgrows the rod bleeder hole.After that ,the liquor value will lift and send the bottles into the conveying belt.
2 GHFG-40 type easy-to-open canning sealing machine
2.1.Description:
YLF series auto easy-to-open canning sealing machine is used for sealing of tinplate ,aluminum & plastic cans,suitable for packaging sealing of various liquid & corns. Stop working when entering the cans without caps, seized cans & without cans.It is designed in advanced theory , compact structure ,delicate & convenient maintenance .

2.3 Main structure :
- Transmission agent: consists of motor,main axle,turbo, spacing cam etc.
- Sealing system:consists of rolling sealing wheel,capping nozzle,pressing spring etc.
2.4 Canning sealing machine principle:
Adopting Y802-4 three-phase asynchronous motor with power 0.75KW(0.55KW), rotary speed 1390r/min. It reduces the speed to 40r/min via three-angle wheel & turbo. The turbo can realize one process per round by moving the cam up and down. Meanwhile,it can achieve the rolling process of one can by driving the cams & rolling wheel.
