This special standard design for spray pump cap bottle filling screwing cap mono block machine with mature technology.

1. Integrated with mechanical, electrical& pneumatic system, with PLC & touch screen to control, this mono-block can auto finish bottles conveying, bottle-positioining, filling, pump caps/outer caps unscrambling and feeding, capping, & bottle exit, very stable & reliable.

1. With compact & reasonable mono-block structure, it takes small space & enhances working efficiency to large extent.
2. Based on clients' production speed and aimed bottles & caps, we design the machine with 2-station running system.

Working principle:
Labor puts bottles with same direction on the dual conveying belts, bottles will be auto delivered into the working stations of the turntable driven by cam indexers, and then bottles successively go to bottle filling station, pump cap-feeding station, outer cap pressing system, & then exit via conveying system for labor packaging. The whole process is controlled via PLC system, & does auto production cycles.

Characteristic:

1. Designed with single station running system, one bottles are packed in two time, comparably enhancing working efficiency & decrease the making cost to large extent.
2. With high-precision indexed turntable to convey, the positioned bottles accurately at each station, plus photoelectrics to detect bottles, mechanical filling & capping movement, which all ensures the stable running
3. Adopting servo piston to fill, it's suitable for both liquid & viscous products, dual-time filling system, it gets high-speed filling & high filling accuracy. Filling dosage can be adjusted directly via touch screen, very easy to operate.
4. Filling nozzles driven by servo motor can be optionally diving type filling, or inserting type filling, and nozzles can be lifted with liquid in the bottles, suitable for both foamy & unfoamy products.
5. The filler liquid hopper is equipped with liquid level system, which can auto start or stop the liquid supply from tank or pump to filler hopper.  
6. With electrically-driven vibrating bowl to unscramble spray pump caps, one pump caps will be picked, place them into bottles & screw the caps, it's very accurate & reliable.

8. The capped bottles are pushed out to bottle exit conveying belt for next packaging.
9. With simple structure, capping force can be adjusted easily, loose & tight easily controlled, no damage to bottles & caps.
10. With auto formula saving-option & auto counting function, no bottle, no filling; machine auto alarms when there is error or problem; frequency converter, with high automation.
11. Electrical & pneumatic parts adopting the world-famous brands, like Delta, Airtac & Shineider; it has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and durable
